This kit will allow you to delete the OEM oil to water cooler. As well as offering superior cooling of the transmission over the OEM unit, this kit removes the risk of an internal cooler failure resulting in a mix of engine coolant and gearbox oil. This will cause complete gearbox failure. With our cooler kits, the engine coolant and gearbox oil are completely separate and can no longer mix in the event of a component failure.
 
The DSG front mount oil cooler kit will also allow for more efficient DSG oil cooling when being used in extreme or race circumstances keeping the oil clean and fresh for longer, dirty or burnt DSG fluid is a prime cause of premature mechatronic failure.

.1/2" braided stainless over convoluted feed line
.1/2" braided stainless over convoluted return line
.1 front mount oil to air 13 row oil cooler
.dq250 alloy interface plate
.90 water pipe bypass/ joiner
.straight water pipe bypass/ joiner
.2x drop threaded mount fixings
 
Please note: 
Rerouting/blanking of the engine cooling system will be required upon installation of the heat transfer delete.
